INTRODUCTION

In the course of its business, Emmanuelle RULLAND, located in Annecy (74000), collects and processes information, some of which is referred to as "personal data". Emmanuelle RULLAND attaches great importance to the respect of privacy, and only uses data in a responsible and confidential manner and for a specific purpose.

On the www.mam-art.com website, two types of data may be collected:

Personal data is protected by law no. 78-87 of January 6, 1978, law no. 2004-801 of August 6, 2004, article L. 226-13 of the French Criminal Code and the European Directive of October 24, 1995. When using the site, the following information may be collected: the URL of the links via which the user has accessed the present site, the user's access provider, the user's Internet protocol (IP) address. In any case, the site only collects personal information relating to the user for the purposes of certain services offered by this site. Users supply this information with full knowledge of the facts, particularly when they enter it themselves. Site users are then informed whether or not they are required to supply this information. Web analytics" data is collected in anonymous form (by recording anonymous IP addresses) by Google Analytics, and enables us to measure our website audience, consultations and any errors in order to constantly improve the user experience. This data is used by Emmanuelle RULLAND, who is responsible for data processing, and will never be transferred to a third party or used for purposes other than those detailed above.

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that enables us to offer you our products and services.
