# THE NOTHING ART

Collecting materials and waste discarded by the artists of the Art En Action 74 workshop, I provoke chance by blindly throwing the elements onto blank canvases. The resulting accumulation is then fixed in place.

The sensations revealed by the support thus obtained are then reinforced or diverted by means of paint, which I use to integrate each of the elements and revisit the basic notions of painting (color, shapes, depth, relief, shadows, light, etc.).

A second canvas using only paint completes the first, so that each integrates with the other.
